Dylan Moran made it two wins in less than two weeks to bring a positive end to a frustrating 2019.

The Waterford welter secured victory in Austria to start life with a new promotional team on a high.

‘The Real Deal’ out boxed Milos Janjanin at the Hotel Stanglwirt, Kitzbuehel to make it back to back victories.

It was Moran’s first win since relocating to Liechtenstein and signing terms with PGP Boxing and Pit Gleim.

It was also his second win since his first career defeat, which happened when he fought Dennis Okoth on his American debut.

The fighter who turned 25-years-old last week followed up his November 29 York Hall win over Michael Likalu with an impressive victory over well traveled Janjanin.

“Picked up my 12th win tonight to end the year in Austria. I’ve learned more from that defeat then the 12 victories, in a way it’s the best thing that ever happened,” Moran said online after the fight.

“I’m more hungry, focused and driven now then I have ever been and with PGP Boxing backing me and the amazing support I have from you guys I’m excited to see what the new year holds.

“Once again a massive thank you to everyone supporting me it means the world and i wouldn’t be doing this without ye.”

It’s a positive ending to a year that saw Moran suffer a first career defeat before two comeback fights fell through last minute.

The Deise fighter can now look forward to a progressive 2020 fighting on European shows.

The result see’s Moran improve his slate to 12-1, while his opponent slips to 12-21.
