Francy Luzoho [1(1)-1(0)] will return to the ring before the year is out and will do so in yet another big fight.

The Dublin light welter has not had an ‘easy’ fight since turning pro last year and will continue that streak when he boxes for the third time next month.

Irish-Boxing.com can confirm that Luzoho will box in Tenerife on Sunday December 15th in another tough contest.

The Blanchardstown showman will face unbeaten Moldovan Mihail Baibarac [3(0)-0-1] over four rounds.

Baibarac, based in the Canaries, rattled off three wins in a row to start off but drew his most recent contest last month versus Cuban prospect Alberto Arley Martin.

The fight in Spain will be Luzoho’s first since linking up with Boxing Ireland Promotions.

Trained now by former Irish super middleweight contender Jonathan O’Brien in nearby Lanzarote having left St Michael’s Inchicore, Luzoho will be looking to set up a big 2020 with another notable win.

The boxer of Congolese heritage made a stunning start to pro life last October, beating the 6-1 Sam Jones via knockout in Tallaght.

In his second contest, in March, Luzoho went into all-Irish territory versus Martin Quinn but would fall to a controversial six-round points decision.

However, rather than easing himself back in following a switch in both trainer and management, Luzoho is going straight for another statement scalp.
