Mighty Quinn in confident mood ahead of fight with former Conlan foe

PAUL ‘The Mighty’ Quinn is ready to give his loyal support something more to shout about when he returns to the ring in Belfast tonight.

One feature of the 23 year old featherweight’s career so far has been his vocal support and the fighter with the aggressive style is confident they will be fine mood after his hand is raised for a fifth time tonight.

Quinn, who has relocated from Johnny Eames London Gym to Belfast to work with Bernardo Checa, takes on Joe Beedan, who holds a recent TKO win over former Jamie Conlan foe Mike Robinson, tonight and is in confident mood ahead of the clash.

“I’m training wit Bernardo Checa in Belfast now and things are going great. I’m very confident ahead of this fight. I always am confident come fight night. I have put in the hard graft and I’m always more than ready for whoever is put in front on me. I predict a win for myself. I’ll take a points or stoppage win as long it’s my hand raised at then end I don’t mind,” Quinn told Irish-boxing.com.

Quinn has eased to 4-0 since making his debut in late 2012 and hopes to build his record over the coming months before moving onto bigger things.

“I’m very happy with the way things are going. I’m winning my fights and I’m learning every day so things are going the right way. I’m just taking one fight at a time. After each fight then I plan what’s next. I never look by anyone so after tomorrow night we will have a look as to what is next.”
