Liam Williams believes that Gary Corcoran’s strengths could end up being his downfall when the pair meet on Saturday night.

The two lock horns at the Cardiff Ice Arena in Wales for for Williams’s British and Commonwealth light middleweight belts, live on Boxnation, and the bout has had a bad-tempered build-up.

With fight week begun, Williams has given his thoughts on the Wembley-Connaught brawler, and does have some respect for the Hellraiser. However, the 24 year old feels that he can exploit his opponents style, and explained how “his record speaks for itself really, a couple of good wins in his last fights.”

“He’s got a good engine, throws a lot of punches and also takes a lot of risks. ”

“I think that will be his downfall against myself, I think he’ll walk onto some big shots.”

Giving his prediction for the fight, Williams of course feels that he will emerge victorious, and the Welshman is aiming for an early night.

“I believe I’m going to win, I’m going in there and planning on knocking him out!”
