Legendary trainer, Roach backs Mayo for Sam

WE know Freddie Roach loves Irish boxing and having Irish people around his famous LA gym.

Considering he has worked with Steve Collins and Bernard Dunne and more recently Dean Byrne and Jamie Kavanagh we figured the legendary trainer would be a true blue Dublin supporter. Especially when you consider Dunne’s links to the Dublin football team.

However, it seems the man famed for training Manny Pacquiao amongst a host of legendary names has jumped on the ‘Mayo for Sam’ bandwagon.
