There were three wins from three yesterday for Irish boxers around the globe.

Vladimir Belujsky, Dylan Moran, and Nathan Watson all posted victories to start off a big weekend for Irish boxing.

Belujsky and Moran both returned to winning ways following stoppage defeats last time out while Watson had a successful debut.

At the York Hall, SSC duo Belujsky and Moran both had comprehensive wins.

Cork super middle Belujsky forced Michael Ibrahim to retire on his stool after two punishing rounds to move to 9(7)-3(1)-1.

Waterford welter Moran dominated Michael Likalu over four rounds, scored 40-36, and improved to 11(6)-1(1).

Down Under, Belfast welter Watson also had a second round stoppage, putting Michael Dan down thrice at the Fortitude Stadium.
