Vladimir Belujsky [7(5)-3(1)-1] won’t quite ease his way back when he returns to the ring on November 29th.

The Cork fighter ventures to the York Hall after suffering defeat in a WBO Youth super middleweight title fight.

‘The Slovak Rebel’ traveled to Germany last month where he took on young Ukrainian prospect Petro Ivanov.

Considering he was stopped in the clash, Belujsky was expected to be handed a routine return.

However, the big punching super middle seems to have been handed another step up.

Belujsky will take on the experienced Luke Blackledge [29(9)-9(4)-2] at the York Hall later this month.

The 29-year-old Lancashire native is out of shape and may not be in the best of form of late, but has certainly mixed it with better company than Belujsky.

Blackledge is a former Commonwealth champion and challenged Callum Smith for the British title.

He has lost his last three, suffering defeat to British prospects, and does provide Belujsky with a scalp chance.

However, he is also experienced, still relatively young and has the capability to reproduce the kind of form that saw him become a title winner.

Also fighting on that card and hoping to return to winning ways is Dylan Moran.

The Waterford welterweight has been waiting for a chance to put behind him his disappointing defeat to Dennis Okoth.

‘The Real Deal’s’ opponent has yet to be confirmed.
