Born to be a pioneer – Watch DAZN’s brilliant feature with Katie Taylor

Katie Taylor has been making history since she was 15 years of age when she fought in and won the first female fight in Ireland.

17 years on and female fight pioneer is leaving her mark on the record books.

Victory in Madison Square Garden on Saturday night would see Taylor become the first Irish fighter to become undisputed since the four belt era.

It will prove another massive achievement for the Bray native, indeed she believes it will trump her historic Olympic success.

DAZN, who along with Sky Sports, will broadcast Taylor’s fight for all the titles against WBC champion Delfine Persoon from Madison Square Garden on Saturday, put together the following package and it both helps show how far Taylor has come since she first laced up the gloves and whets the appetite further for the massive fight.
