Jamie Conlan looked in superb condition today when he weighed in for the first defence of his WBO Intercontinental super flyweight title.

The Belfast man tops the ‘New Beginning’ card in the National Stadium tomorrow when he takes on Junior Granados of Mexico.

Conlan certainly looks to be reaping the rewards of his first camp with Macklin’s Gym Marbella and will be hoping to see the benefits of his new set-up and impress with a win tomorrow night.

Doors open at the National Stadium at 6pm, first bell is at 6:45pm Tickets are available from ticketmaster.ie. ‘New Beginning: Conlan-Granados’ will also be shown live on Boxnation from 7pm.
