WATCH: Low Blow! Gym dare goes wrong for Paul Hyland Jr

Don’t rub ’em, count ’em!

Paul Hyland Jr [16(6)-0] is back in the gym after the biggest win of his career, but the Lagmore lightweight had a painful/hilarious accident recently.

Hylo engaged in a bet with his brother to see if he could box jump over a rather high bar in the gym…. and it didn’t go to plan.

It started off okay, but the legs quickly came apart and the metal bar found it’s way in between them.

Thankfully Hyland is okay and can look back at the stunt and laugh.

Watch and wince below:

The MHD fighter scored a stunning one-round destruction of Adam Dingsdale last month at the SSE Odyssey Arena, and looks set to appear on another big Ryan Burnett undercard in the city on October 21st.
