Skipping is a staple of every boxer’s training.
It gets the blood flowing, it helps shed the pounds, and keeps the feet light.
Lilywhite Lightning Eric Donovan [3(2)-0] however makes it an absolute art form.
The Kildare featherweight is currently training for his biggest fight to date on the Saturday May 27th ‘Celtic Clash 2’ card at the National Stadium date.
The former Elite amateur recording a quick video of him with the rope, and it makes for impressive viewing.
