WATCH: Kelly Harrington’s impressive training clips

It’s a quiet year for women’s international boxing, with no major international tournaments.

Dublin’s Kelly Harrington however is training harder than ever as she sets out on the road to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

A silver medalist at the World Championships last year, Harrington has stepped down to the Olympic weight of 60kg and claimed the Elite Senior title in February.

The Glasnevin boxer was recently part of a training camp up in Belfast and is now back at the High Performance unit.

Ain't no Mountain High Enough lol @superflytoekneeb today at strength training 🙂
