WATCH: Carl Frampton BBC Q&A session

Carl Frampton [23(14)-1(0)] was in the BBC Studios in Manchester this afternoon.

The Belfast featherweight is based in the city under new trainer Jamie Moore and is currently deep in camp ahead of his homecoming comeback bout next month.

On Saturday November 18th Frampton fights at the SSE Odyssey Arena for the first time in nearly three years. In his first bout since losing the WBA title to Leo Santa Cruz in Las Vegas in January, ‘The Jackal’ returns against Mexican Horacio Garcia.

Today he engaged in a questions and answers session via the BBC Sport Facebook page.

The 30 year old Ulsterman talked about his Leo Santa Cruz loss, some dream bouts, his thoughts on Rio Ferdinand, his split with the McGuigans and, most importantly, whether he prefers soda bread or potato bread.
