Ireland’s Olympic boxing team will finalise their preparations for Beijing with a training camp in Russia in late July.

Ken Egan, Darren Sutherland, John Joe Joyce, John Joe Nevin and Paddy Barnes will use the camp in Vladivostok to make final preparations for amateur boxing’s flagship event.

The squad are currently in France taking part in a multi-nations event.
