Lisburn southpaw Brian Magee is hoping for a crack at the Commonwealth super-middleweight championship.

The former IBO champion, who has been campaigning at light-heavyweight in recent contests, seems keen to return to the 12 stone division for a meeting with the winner of Jermain Mackey’s clash with Michael Gbenga later this month.
