Ryan Doyle gives us his thoughts on James Tennyson v Ryan Walsh

Ryan Doyle is paying close attention to tonights British featherweight title scrap between James Tennyson and Ryan Walsh, but the Manchester-born Dub can’t pick a winner.

Speaking to Irish-Boxing.com, Doyle explained that “I honestly and genuinely believe it’s a 50:50 fight – which is good to see!”

‘Ruthless Ryan’ sees quality in both fighters (and potential future opponents), and admits that “I am sat on the fence with this one.”

“Tennyson carries immense punching power while Walsh is a fantastic technical boxer.”

The one thing that the 24 year old is sure of is that we are in for a brilliant fight at the Copper Box in London, reasoning that, despite Walsh’s skill, “he loves to have a scrap and I’ve got a feeling it’s going to be fight of the night.”
