Rise Again- Paul Hyland to return on Dublin card

Paul Hyland Jr will look to back bounce form a first career defeat on the aptly named ‘Rise Again’ card.

The Belfast lightweight saw his British title hopes distinguished within a round as rampant champion Lewis Ritson kept up his knock out run to win the Lonsdale belt outright back in June.

After a short break ‘Hylo’ is ready to return and will do so in Dublin on October 6.

The ever entertaining 28 year old will appear on what is becoming an increasingly stacked Assassin’s Promotion card at the National Basket Ball Arena, Tallaght.

The Mark Dunlop managed fighter’s second visit to Dublin suggests that the MHD show scheduled for the Europa Hotel and October 13 won’t go ahead.

Moving ‘Hylo’ to Dublin and a card a week earlier could be due to the fact his stable mate James Tennyson fights for a world title in Boston a week later. It may be a bit much for Dunlop to run a show right before the biggest fight week of his managerial career.

Hyland will join the likes of Allan Phelan, Thomas Finnegan, Cillian Reardon, JJ McDonagh, Craig McCarthy, Owen Duffy, John Joyce, Johnny Corcoran,  Francy Luzoho, Martin Wall, Eddie Tracey, Dylan Moran, Lynn Harvey, Vlad Belujsky and Nick Quigley on the card.
