Irish-boxing.com was first launched by Tomas Rohan in 2001. Throughout seven busy years Tomas ably kept boxing fans abreast of the latest news, interviews and action on the Emerald Isle. But due to Tomas' ever increasing workload he has passed the baton.

The newly redesigned irish-boxing.com website takes the form of a monthly online magazine bringing you a range of features, interviews and memories. We also hope to create more of a community for boxing fans in Ireland by organising a range of events and launching a new free-to-join Fan club.

Cormac Campbell editor@irish-boxing.com - With irish-boxing.com since 2003, Cormac has covered boxing for a range of publications and is a former boxing correspondent for setantasports.com.

Bobby Lavery blavery@irish-boxing.com - A successful businessman, former amateur boxer Bobby is currently a coach at St Bronagh's ABC, Rostrevor. Proving the boxing runs in the family, Bobby's sons Shane, Rory and Ryan have all boxed in Championship class. Bobby will organise Irish Boxing Supporters Club activities.

Steve Wellings stoiox@hotmail.co.uk - Steve has covered the sport for Boxing News, Irish Fighter, Boxrec and BBN, and now takes up residency for irish-boxing.com. As well as reporting, Steve is irish-boxing.com's new photographic editor.
