LISTEN: Ohara Davies slams Frampton and Cyclone in hilarious ‘diss’ track

Divisive English light welterweight Ohara Davies [15(12)-1(1)] has recorded a bizarre rap track in which he takes aim at a lot of his rivals and detractors in the sport.

The London fighter’s diss track was published to YouTube earlier in month, but only started to receive attention recently when it was shared on social media by ‘Two Tanks’ himself.

In the song, Davies sends verbal barbs the way of Belfast featherweight Carl Frampton, Cyclone Promotions, former world champion Barry McGuigan, and trainer Shane McGuigan.

When the track was published, Frampton was still a part of Cyclone Promotions, however ‘The Jackal’ confirmed that he had left the outfit last week.

The passage from ‘OD Industry Diss’ which concerns Frampton and the McGuigans goes (we think) as follows:

Those Cyclone pricks, they thought they had me down,
They here when this track turn those smiles into frowns,
Barry over there, he’s just there saying ‘wow,’
Shane’s over there, he’s been wacky for a while,
Frampton over there, I ain’t never liked that clown,
Come up in weight man, yeah I’ll knock him out now

Davies has had been involved in numerous back and forths with Frampton, Cyclone, and the McGuigans over the past year – initially lashing out at Shane, then fellow light welter Josh Taylor, then Frampton

Last month he was knocked out by Commonwealth champion and Cyclone star Taylor in Scotland. He makes his return at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on September 30th against Tom Farrell.
