Lightweight duo added to Burnett-Zhakiyanov undercard

This evening a further two fighters have been confirmed for the big Sky Sports bill in Belfast next month.

It has emerged that lightweight duo Davey Oliver Joyce [2(2)-0] and Gary Cully will appear on the Ryan Burnett v Zhanat Zhakiyanov bantamweight unification undercard at the SSE Odyssey Arena on Saturday October 21st.

The pair, both managed by Mack The Knife Global and trained by Pete Taylor, feature this coming Saturday in Belfast on the Ginley Promotions bill at the Devenish Complex.

Rio Olympian Joyce debuted during the Summer, and the Mullingar man has looked impressive in scoring two stoppages.

Cully turned pro recently, with the Naas youngster being one of the highly rated of the flood of new Irish pros.

Joyce and Cully join a packed bill which also features Paul Hyland v Stephen Ormond, Tyrone McKenna v Tommy Coyle, James Tennyson v Darren Traynor, Feargal McCrory, Tommy McCarthy, Jay Byrne, Joe Fitzpatrick and Josh Kelly.

Tickets for the night cost £30, £40, £60, £100, £150 (VIP), and are available from the boxers involved or through HERE
