Karaoke Carl – ‘The Jackal’ on the mic in Tenerife

Carl Frampton [24(14)-1(0)] is back enjoying his boxing more than ever.

‘The Jackal’ has been part of a new team the past few months, with the Belfast featherweight leaving McGuigans Gym in London and linking up with Jamie Moore at the VIP Gym in Manchester.

Currently though Frampton is in Tenerife, enjoying some warm weather training ahead of his April 21st showdown with Nonito Donaire.

Last night Frampton and his team-mates Conrad Cummings, Steven Ward, Jack Catterall, Tommy Coyle, and Martin Murray headed to a karaoke bar for some down time and, of course, ‘The Jackal’ was on the mic.

Frampton, whose love of singing is well-documented, belted out Aerosmith ballad ‘I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing’, receing some support from his gym-mates and going down a treat with those in attendance.

It’s not Frampton’s first time singing in front of a crowd either.

Frampton’s upcoming opponent is also fond of a song – and the pair had something of a sing-off earlier this year.
