BUI 2014 Award winners revealed- Lee wins fighter of the year
The Boxing Union of Ireland revealed their list of award winners for the 2014 on Saturday night.
WBO World champion Andy Lee was awarded Fighter of the Year after he secured a World title.
The Irish fighter of the year is the WBO Middleweight champion of the world @AndyLeeBoxing Congratulations on an incredible year Andy.

The Prospect of the Year went to Jono Carroll, but the Prizefighter winner was pushed close by Luke Keeler and Dee Walsh.
The winner just pipped Luke Keeler and Dee Walsh. After his exploits in Prizefighter, Jono Carroll wins Irish prospect of the year.

Knock out of the Year went to Spike O’Sullivan for his stoppage of Anthony Fitzgerald in the 3 Arena in November.

Declan Geraghty versus Jono Carroll’s November bout was voted Fight of The Year.
Like many of the categories Irish fight of the year was very close.The winner was the Jono Carroll-Declan Geraghty bout in the @3arenadublin

Pascal Collins of the Celtic Warrior Gym won Coach of the Year for the second year running.
For the second year running @packycollins is the Irish trainer of the year. His gym had an incredible 2014. Congratulations Paschal
