Betting Odds for Paddy Gallagher v Tamuka Mucha

Top Pro Gif Ad
Irish bookmaking giant Paddy Power have released odds for Friday night’s British welterweight title eliminator between Paddy Gallagher [10(6)-2(0)] and Tamuka Mucha [15(4)-0].

Befast’s Gallagher won the BBBoC Celtic title in his last contest, sensationally stopping home favourite Tony Dixon in the opening round and will be looking to continue his good run of form against Mucha.

The Zimbabwean-born Londoner is unbeaten as a pro and recently held the BBBoC Southern Area title.

Considered by many to be the fight of the night on the George Groves-topped card at the Wembley Arena, this is reflected in the odds

In what is essentially a pick’em fight, the bookies have made Gallagher the slightest of favourites. The 2010 Commonwealth gold medalist is priced at 5/6 for the win.

By comparison, 23 year old Mucha comes in at 10/11, while the draw is a potentially valuable 20/1.

More markets (round betting, method of victory etc) are expected to be released in the coming days.
