Katie Taylor steps into the pro ring for the first time tomorrow night at the Wembley Arena. The Bray super featherweight has turned pro under Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Promotions and will be one of the headline attractions on the ‘Big City Dreams’ card in London, shown live on Sky Sports.

Taylor’s debut opponent will be Polish journeywoman Karina Kopinska [7(2)-14(1)-3], for a fight scheduled for six two-minute rounds.

Unsurprisingly, nineteen-time major medal winner Taylor is a heavy favourite going into the bout and is priced at 1/100 (general). Kopinska can be had a 33/1 with William Hill to pull off the unlikeliest of upsets, while a draw can be had at 40/1 (William Hill, Boylesports, SkyBet).

While the outright winner odds are prohibitive, there is potential value to be had on the fight.

In terms of Method of Victory, a stoppage victory for Taylor comes in at 8/11 (Paddy Power), while a points triumph for the Wicklow woman is best-priced at 6/5 (bet365, Ladbrokes). Both outcomes for Kopinska are 33/1 (general).

Group Round betting is provided solely by Paddy Power, and Taylor is 13/8 for both Rounds 1-3 and Rounds 4-6. Kopinska on the other hand is 66/1 for both markets.

Specific Round Betting for Taylor is best priced as follows:
Round 1 – 8/1 (Paddy Power, Ladbrokes)
Round 2 – 7/1 (SkyBet, Betfair)
Round 3 – 13/2 (bet365, Coral, Betfair)
Round 4 – 7/1 (Coral)
Round 5 – 8/1 (Ladbrokes)
Round 6 – 10/1 (Ladbrokes)

Individual Round Betting for Kopinska comes in at 200/1 for each round with both Paddy Power and SkyBet.
