The upcoming Prospect Boxing show at the Europa Hotel in Belfast has been postponed.

The card, ran in association with Alio Wilton, was due to take place at the famous hotel on Saturday October 22nd, but has been put off due to unforeseen circumstances.

The night, one of two Europa shows originally scheduled for next month along with the MHD offering on October 8th, was set to feature the Wilton Brothers Luke and Matt, Mathew Fitzsimons, Shortty Carroll, Alfredo Meli, Casey Blair, Jamesy Gorman, and Scotsman Leon Roberts

Thankfully Prospect are hoping to run the show in late November instead. In the meantime, Prospect chief Paul Graham intends to secure additional fight dates for the affected fighters. Matthew Wilton and Stephen Carroll will now box on Friday October 21st at the Alona Hotel in Motherwell, Scotland. Incidentally, this card will be headlined by Donegal’s Shaun McShane, who challenges for Eddie Doyle’s Scottish light welterweight title following their controversial first fight in March.
