Ireland finish seventh in European Junior Champ’ rankings
Ireland finished in 7th position in the rankings table and in 8th position in the medals table at the 35-nation European Junior Championships in Bulgaria.
The Continental deciders, the 16th edition of the series, concluded on Saturday in Sofia.
Antrim’s Jason McKay and Kerry’s Brian Wall claimed a brace of silver medals in the Bulgarian capital.
Ireland were using a 13-strong squad at the tournament.
