Frampton to let his fist to the talking tonight

CARL Frampton says will let his fist do the talking for him when he fights Raul Hirales in England tonight.

The Belfast prospect received a ringing ring endorsement from tonight’s bill topper Carl Froch this week, as the man hoping to become three time World champ tonight joined Frampton’s long list of fans.

The Cobra believes backed The Jackal to eventually add a World title to his list of accolades. Praise is nothing new for the Commonwealth champion expectation has followed him throughout his career. His mentor and manager former billed the Tigers Bay native as the best prospect to come out of Ireland for 35 years.

However, Frampton knows talk can prove cheap and is adamant to prove actions speak louder than words.

“It is nice that Froch is saying these things about me, and Barry of course, but Carl and Barry will not be in the ring with me when I am facing Hirales. I know I have to keep my head down and work hard,” Frampton told the Newsletter.

“Of course it is great that Froch, who I have admired for a long time, says these things, but it is up to me to win on Saturday night and it doesn’t matter what anybodies says outside of the ring.

“I am the one who will have to get the job done in Nottingham,” added Frampton.

The Super-bantamweight knows that his Mexican opponent is coming to Nottingham to derail the Frampton bandwagon.

“He is coming here to win and I hear he has been saying a few things. He has been saying that I am a good boxer and that I am powerful .

“But he also believes that I have not been put under pressure yet and that he is going to put me under pressure when we meet.”

“He is probable right, but this is a test that I wanted and I am really up for this one.”
